I did not like this ALBUM, I love Faruiz’s classics but her son is killing his mom with these awful jazz mixed songs she needs a new composer! no one can compare to her husband and his brothers composing.

La voix de Fairouz est encore grande et capable de donner de plus en plus j’ai regarder le concert de beit eddine sa voix merveilleuse. Elle est une chanteuse remarquable qui a fait de grands concerts et elle est toujours.son nouveau style j’aime.

Not at ALL mister SWOBODIN.. The moment I heard Fiarouz’s voice I had tears in my eyes. All I can say it gets better as the concert progresses. Enjoy one on the greatest artists and music of our time.

Did you know that the songs of Fairouz were banned for 7 month in Lebanon because she refused to sing to the algerian president who came to Lebanon in a visit , these days it was “hawari bou medyan”
Do you know that when the musical historical film “safar Barlek” came out it was attaked by the turkish state ( even though it reveled the truth and nothing but the truth about the ottoman regime in the 1914) and it was banned in many arabic states.
do you know that the play “Jibal Al sawan” was performed in Baalback festivals without the consent of the government .
when she was young , Fairouz used to sing while working in the kitchen which was in front of the house of a neighbor who used to work at night and sleep in the day , and he used to come out and shout ,”keep the voice down” , the poor man , he didn’t know what he was missing.
do you know that on 27-9-1972 Assi Rahbani had a brain hemorrhage , while he was going to the hospital to see his wife Fairouz who was in the Rizk hospital for “fatigue” after 3 consecutive festivals, and that in the same time Fairouz was in the hospital room 214 in the second floor, just above Assi who was in the room 114.
It was a taxi driver who gave the rahbani brother the idea of “Petra” play , when they asked him “from where are you ?” , he said : “I am from the flower of the south ” , Zahrat al Janoub.
during all her interviews , fairouz who understands french very well insisted on speaking in arabic.
In the 1988 France concert fairouz was given for the first time a french honor title .
the BBC news reporter while talking about Fairouz concert in 1986 said , that the Arabic world’s Edith Piaf broke the ticket selling score of Frank Sinatra , and the ticket was sold for 1000 Pound in the black markets.
